Salary $51,845.18 - $58,873.38 annually.

  • Diploma, certification or equivalent in the computer science field, or equivalent AND
  • A minimum of one (1) year related experience.
  • Experience providing customer support services in an information technology environment or helping end users to use and understand computer hardware and software.
  • Preference may be given to candidates with working experience of Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MOTI’s) line of business applications.
  • Preference may be given to those with more experience in any of the above.

The Client Support Analyst provides technical support in the procurement, configuration, installation, testing and maintenance of shared systems software/hardware platforms and ministry line of business applications and servers, including problem resolution to ministry users, customers and vendors.
