  • The individuals that we are looking for must have previous or current supervisory experience with a demonstrated commitment to guest service.
  • These individuals must have excellent communication skills – both oral and written, inter-personal skills, training, coaching and mentoring skills, effective and accurate listening skills combined with personality that shines and has a winning attitude.
  • These roles must have a passion for food and a commitment to quality with the ability to create and seize sales opportunities within the restaurant.
  • These positions must also have a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

We are currently looking for 3 FOH/Service Sales Managers for our family full service family restaurants in Nanaimo, Dawson Creek and Prince George, BC locations.


  • Promoting a passion for service and salesmanship.
  • Day to day shift management these roles will be familiar with all the day parts – being a customer/guest first role model, being on the floor at peak times, ensuring appropriate service levels at all times including assisting where necessary working with the staff to improve their skills and maximizing on sales opportunities.
  • Recruitment, training, development, scheduling and performance management of staff.
  • “4 walls marketing” to support all company and local store initiatives.
  • Developing and participating within a positive work environment with open door respectful communication between all levels of staff – FOH/BOH.
  • Ensuring all standards/policies are followed – safety food preparation or finishing, timing and cleanliness.
  • Achieving financial targets related to the FOH including check average, labour cost and productivity goals.
  • Staying current with operational reviews and customer/guest service.


  • Ensuring a high level of customer/guest satisfaction with maximized sales focus.
  • Recruiting, training, developing and supervising service staff by creating a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Achieving sales, costs and productivity targets.
  • Providing service leadership and focus.
