Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with active construction sites.

  • Experience with heavy duty mechanical work in a construction or mining environment.

  • CSTS and other safety certifications are assets.

Reporting to the Maintenance Foreman, the Heavy Duty Mechanic is responsible to repair, troubleshoot, adjust, overhaul and maintain mobile heavy-duty equipment on an active civil construction site.
