Duties:

Are you a hardworking, dedicated Manager? We are looking for a Branch Manager for our Fort St John Location.

This individual will coordinate and oversee various business functions which are performed by of Venue Financial Centers. The Branch Manager will supervise the work of other employees and perform a wide range of tasks in their role as Branch Manager.

Major Responsibilities

  • Increase profitability and customer retention through relationship development.
  • Manage credit and loan approval process.
  • Manage staff activities such hiring, training: development, performance evaluations and employee relations issues in a fair. professional, consistent. and timely manner.
  • Supervise, coach. and motivate staff members to excellence, provide training and guidance necessary to achieve / exceed branch and company goals.
  • Oversee a collection files and collections efforts.
  • Monitor cash transactions, daily reports, and close out reports.
  • Complete tasks and assignments as directed by Head Office.
