Qualifications:
  • Post-Secondary degree or Business Administration diploma with a minimum of five to seven years of related experience.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Advanced level of skill in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience within the Construction/Infrastructure field is an asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, plan work ahead, and show initiative in providing support to the Executive team.
  • Proven self-starter with superior time management skills; sense of urgency.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Duties:

The Administrative Assistant will support the Executive Assistant and Director-level Executives with administration including coordinating schedules, appointments, meetings, drafting correspondence, preparing letters, memos and minutes for various meetings.

  • Support the Director Team with administration as required to move the Project forward.
  • Assist with organizing meetings and/or special events.
  • Arrange catering, locations, distribution of information, site clearance, logistics, etc.
  • Manage electronic calendars, arrange meetings and schedules.
  • Attend meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports for the Director Teams.
  • Reception coverage for breaks.
  • Support the Executive Assistant by assisting the Director Team to fulfill requests from the Project Management Team.

Help Desk Support Technician - Site C

Qualifications:
  • 2 years’ experience in helpdesk or IT support.
  • IT certification is desirable.
  • Ability to support and troubleshoot Office 365 clients and webmail services.
  • Understanding of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Routing, VLAN, etc.).
  • Able to work independently and in a group environment.
  • Able to efficiently meet deadlines.
  • Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills; able to adapt to an office and construction environment.
Duties:

The Helpdesk Support Technician is responsible for answering questions and resolving problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from remote locations. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Helpdesk Support Technician will also provide assistance with computer hardware and software. This includes printing, equipment or software installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

  • Install, support, and maintain approved client hardware and related software.
  • Support communications between the various on-site locations and remote clients.
  • Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner when required, and report on problems and resolutions as appropriate.
  • Review and install system updates and patches to client systems.
  • Assist with the creation, format, and maintenance of information-systems documentation.
  • Provide general Microsoft Windows Server 2012 R2 administrative support daily for application servers, active directory groups, end users, DFS file shares, etc.
  • Provide end-user support with desktop Windows 7/10 installation, configuration, and trouble shooting.
  • Provide day to day support of Microsoft Office 365, litigation hold, e-discovery, ActiveSync and Mobile activations.
  • Perform creation of network accounts using company provided software tools.
  • Coordinate with service provider for mobile device provisioning and support.
  • Provide day to day support for end users through ticketing system and in person.
