  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point, Access, Outlook.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task.

  • Keyboard and typing skills.

  • Able to work with minimum supervision.

  • Demonstrated ability to format and review official communication, papers and forms.

  • Ability to create and update fillable PDF forms.

  • Creation and maintenance of Excel templates, including use of high level data analysis tools such as Pivot tables.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Applied Business Technology certificate or equivalent education.

  • Minimum three years experience in an office administration or similar role.

  • The successful candidate will be required to complete clerical and Excel testing.

Duties:

The Technical Records Admin is to provide clerical and administrative support to the Document Control Team in an effective and efficient manner. This role will consist of formatting Microsoft Word, PDF, Excel documents to ensure compliance with company standards and requires both attention to detail and strong computer skills.
