Job Requirements:

  • Reporting to the Fuel and Distribution Manager, a Fuel and Lube Serviceman is responsible for refuelling and lubricating mobile and heavy duty equipment. This includes working with the Complete vehicle inspections including filters and fluids.
  • Refuel and lubricate mobile and heavy duty equipment in the field in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to maximize equipment availability and performance.
  • Ensure fuel and lube routes are covered daily.
  • Enter detailed reports on refuelling and lubricating into the preventative maintenance database at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain fuel and lube trucks and equipment on a continuous basis including keeping it clean and free of safety hazards.
  • May be required to perform or assist in performing oil changes.
  • Operating fuel islands.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
  • Perform minor maintenance tasks, as requested by supervisor.
  • Provide verbal or written reports about maintenance, safety or environmental issues to the supervisor on a daily basis.
