Looking to expand on your administrative support experience? We're looking for personable individuals with previous office administration experience to join our client, a leader in a leading distributor of electrical construction/industrial products, for their Fort St. John office.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and transferring telephone calls.

  • Greeting visitors and clients.

  • Maintaining files.

  • Preparing reports and correspondences.

  • Assisting with Accounts Payables & Receivables, invoicing, and inventory.

  • Acting as a liaison to other branches and distribution centres.

  • Assisting in the warehouse at times (dropping off and picking up boxes).
