Qualifications:
  • PC repair skills.
  • A+ Certification an asset.
  • Ability to logically troubleshoot equipment.
  • Good mechanical skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Self-motivated is a must.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s license, abstract, and a reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to follow directions to completion and pay close attention to details.
  • Ability to accurately read and complete forms.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites on a regular basis.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a background check prior to commencing work.

Duties:
  • Break / fix service of a wide variety of POS equipment, ATMs, as well as PC’s, printers, routers as well as a variety of other electronic peripherals.
  • New system refreshes.
  • Install, Moves, Adds, Changes (IMAC) procedure.
  • Manage work orders to meet customers service level agreements.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in a related human/social service field.
  • One (1) year recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Duties:

  • Provides skill building in areas of making responsible choices, accepting responsibility, anger management, goal setting, personal safety, etc.
  • Develops individual plans to address unique needs.
  • Integrates youth into other community services and recreational activities.
  • Participate in physical activities/sports with youth.
  • Work may not always be done within normal working hours, depending on the client’s needs.  Some evening work likely.
