Duties:

Reporting to the Senior Branch Manager, the Branch Representative will be responsible for a variety of tasks at the Branch. This position attends to customer inquiries, completes administrative tasks, fills propane bottles and assists with warehouse duties. As this position functions in a highly customer focused environment, all persons are expected to perform their job duties in a professional manner and adhere to our company values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks including preparing propane billings, printing/sorting driver delivery tickets, processing customer payments and organizing incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provide customer service including propane bottle fills.
  • Warehouse duties including picking orders and performing cycle counts.
