  • In this position, you will assist job seekers to explore and use the available resources to independently develop their marketing tools, job search techniques, learn more about the labour market, complete online applications, and prepare for interviews. 
  • Your strong technology skills and keen ability to troubleshoot will be vital in this role as you help clients solve the inevitable technical questions that arise about word processing software, computer and internet related problems, and help them resolve challenges with other office equipment. 
  • Plus, you will support, refer, and guide clients into WorkBC Case Management or to other community services as appropriate. 
  • You will also post, modify, and remove jobs from the online and physical job boards on behalf of local and regional employers and provide continuing administrative support to these companies throughout the job posting process.
