Duties:

This position will be responsible for the day to day office management of Corlane Sporting Goods and will report directly to Management. This position will provide direction to office staff and will be responsible for oversight and execution of the following duties:

  • Payroll.
  • Receiving & posting E-transfers.
  • Oversee reconciliations.
  • Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables Control, ROE’s, GST/PST.
  • Scheduling.
  • Government reporting.
  • POS system management.
  • Year-end preparation including inventory count and reconciliation.
  • Research, track and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.
  • Inform management and compile reports/summaries on various aspects of the company and its accounts.
  • Daily, enter key data of financial transactions in database.
  • Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
  • Other office related duties as required.
