  • Working knowledge of CAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

  • Thorough knowledge of civil construction engineering including coordination and supervision of civil construction teams.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Masterís Degree in Civil Engineering from accredited intuition.
  • Previous experience on civil construction projects.
  • Previous leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience as an engineer on construction sites.
  • Previous experience with alternative energy projects.
Duties: Reporting to the Roller Compacted Concrete (RCC) Construction Manager, the RCC Engineer provides technical engineering support to personnel to ensure construction activities comply with all engineering standards, codes, specifications, and drawings. They are responsible for planning, liaising with designers, sub-contractors, quantity tracking, and reporting for all RCC related work.


  • Preparation of RCC work plans and look-ahead schedules.
  • Establish a thorough knowledge of plans and specifications, work schedules, production targets and procedures pertaining to changes, extra work, and claims and costing.
  • Completion of quantity take-offs and purchase requisitions for RCC related materials.
  • Such other specific duties and responsibilities relating to the project as assigned by his/her supervisor.
  • Provide process planning and project management services for RCC construction.
  • Lead cross functional teams on RCC projects.
  • Provide concept engineering and offer alternatives for RCC construction.
  • Perform conveyor validation work at plant sites with client, contractors and/or plant skilled trades personnel with a special emphasis on safety.
  • Provide technical direction to RCC suppliers and support personnel.
  • Diagnose and correct deficiencies in RCC construction design, implementation and operation.
