  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered (e.g. Related Master's degree plus 3 years related experience; or Diploma in a natural resource field supplemented by 7 or more years of progressive and considerable senior level experience).
  • Experience managing the implementation of agreements, solutions, and partnerships with multiple parties and First Nations.
  • Experience leading, coaching and managing multi-disciplinary management, professional and technical staff.  Preference may be given to applicants with experience within a unionized work environment.
  • Experience organizing, planning and managing complex and multiple projects concurrently to achieve business goals.
