Allied Answering Service Ltd.

Allied Answering Service Ltd is a telephone answering service and communication centre.  We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

We answer client phones and transfer callers to clients.  We provide work alone check-ins and follow safety protocol procedures.  We also handle two-way radio communications and have full email and texting capabilities.

Potential Jobs

Telephone Receptionist: Keyboarding skills of 40 wpm.
Verbal communication skills in receiving/relaying telephone messages.
Written communication skills in recording messages accurately.
Effective listening skills.
Ability to react/respond effectively in emergency/high volume/ unusual situations.
Previous work experience in a professional/similar environment preferred.
